Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the basic rules for using RevSure, including trials, subscriptions, Salesforce access, forecasts, reports, alerts, and AI-supported executive summaries.

1. Using RevSure

RevSure is a B2B SaaS product for Salesforce forecast intelligence. By creating an account, accessing the app, or connecting a workspace, you agree to use RevSure only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the users you invite, and the Salesforce permissions you authorize. You must keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

RevSure may offer a free trial. After the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan features, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown in the product or billing flow.

Payments and billing portals may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. You authorize applicable charges for the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by RevSure.

3. Salesforce connection and customer data

RevSure connects to Salesforce through OAuth in read-only mode. RevSure imports CRM and pipeline data such as opportunities, accounts, contacts, activities, users, stages, forecast categories, and related metadata so the app can provide scoring, dashboards, views, reports, alerts, and executive summaries.

RevSure is not intended to write, update, or delete Salesforce records. You remain responsible for your Salesforce environment, your customer relationships, and ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect Salesforce data to RevSure.

4. Forecasts, scoring, and AI summaries

RevSure provides risk scoring, forecast confidence, recommendations, reports, alerts, and executive summary briefs based on the data available to the service. These outputs are informational tools, not guarantees of sales outcomes, revenue, pipeline performance, or business results.

Where AI-generated summaries are enabled, they may be produced using OpenAI or another AI provider. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by your team before being used for decisions, reporting, or communication.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse RevSure, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, overload the platform, upload malicious code, infringe others' rights, or use the service to process data you are not authorized to use.

You must not use RevSure for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or high-risk purposes where an error could cause serious harm. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached or the service is at risk.

6. Intellectual property

RevSure and its software, design, scoring logic, documentation, and branding are owned by RevSure or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service during your active trial or subscription.

You keep ownership of your business data and Salesforce data. You grant RevSure the rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, support, and improve the service for your workspace.

7. Availability, changes, and support

We aim to keep RevSure reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, incidents, third-party providers, Salesforce availability, or events outside our control.

We may update features, pricing, terms, integrations, and service providers as the product develops. If a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

8. Liability and disclaimers

RevSure is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that forecasts, scores, alerts, reports, or summaries will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every business decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevSure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to RevSure for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Ending access

You may stop using RevSure or cancel your subscription through the available billing flow. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm RevSure, customers, or third parties.

After termination, your access to the app may end and your data may be retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy, product settings, legal requirements, and operational backup practices.
