Privacy Policy
This policy explains how RevSure handles account information, Salesforce CRM data, analytics, email reports, notifications, billing data, and optional AI-supported executive summaries.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how RevSure collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, connect Salesforce, use the app, receive reports or alerts, or contact us.
RevSure is designed for business use. It helps revenue teams analyze Salesforce pipeline data, score opportunity risk, build dashboard views, send reports, trigger notifications, and prepare executive summaries.
2. Information we collect
We collect account and workspace information such as names, email addresses, workspace membership, role, settings, report preferences, notification rules, and support messages.
When you connect Salesforce, RevSure imports read-only CRM and pipeline data needed to provide the service. This may include opportunities, accounts, contacts, tasks, events, users, stages, forecast categories, activity history, field values, and raw Salesforce payloads.
We also collect technical and usage information such as browser details, device information, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, performance data, logs, cookies, and analytics events.
3. Salesforce OAuth and tokens
RevSure uses Salesforce OAuth to connect to your Salesforce org. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before being stored and are decrypted only when needed to make Salesforce API calls.
RevSure uses Salesforce data in read-only mode for sync, scoring, dashboards, views, reporting, notifications, data quality checks, and related app functionality. RevSure is not intended to write, update, or delete records in Salesforce.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve RevSure, authenticate users, manage workspaces, sync Salesforce data, calculate scores, generate dashboards, create saved report scopes, send scheduled reports, trigger alerts, support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve scoring logic, diagnose reliability issues, and plan product improvements.
5. AI executive summaries
If AI executive briefs are enabled, RevSure may send selected scored pipeline data, forecast metrics, risk summaries, and related context to OpenAI or another AI provider to generate a written summary.
We aim to send only the information needed for the brief. AI summaries should be reviewed because generated text may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require business context your team understands better than the system.
6. Service providers
RevSure may use trusted service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and web analytics, PostHog for product analytics, OpenAI for optional executive brief generation, and Salesforce for the connected CRM integration.
These providers may process information for us according to their own terms, privacy commitments, and security practices. We do not sell customer CRM data.
7. Emails, reports, and notifications
RevSure sends transactional emails, onboarding messages, scheduled reports, and configured alerts to users or recipients selected in your workspace settings.
You can update report schedules, alert rules, and notification preferences inside the app where those controls are available. Some account, billing, security, or service messages may still be sent when required to operate the service.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide RevSure, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, support backups, and improve the service.
Disconnecting Salesforce stops future syncs and may remove connection credentials. Workspace data, imported Salesforce data, logs, and backups may remain for a period unless deleted according to product controls, support requests, operational needs, or legal requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including workspace scoping, encrypted Salesforce tokens, access controls, and operational security practices.
No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for managing your users, permissions, passwords, Salesforce access, and the devices used to access RevSure.
10. Your choices
You can update account information, manage workspace settings, disconnect Salesforce, change reports and notifications, or contact us for support with access or deletion requests.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.
11. Children
RevSure is a business product and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as RevSure changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
